Wasted Time

This week turned out to be a rough week. I needed every bit of self-care I could do (check out my article about self-care here). Between a lot of changes happening at work, a lot to do at home, and making sure I spend time with my son (why does that seem to be one of the most difficult things to do sometimes?), I haven’t had much time to think about the blog or the next article. here

Today was the first day I’ve been able to drink a cup of coffee (and finish it… read about that here) and sit down to type since Tuesday! From Wednesday on, it felt like a lot of wasted time where nothing around the house got done, nothing to get moving on any goals, and no writing got done.

So what do you do when you feel you wasted time?

Well, you can’t reverse time to change it. All you can do is make the most of it after the fact. Reflect and figure out how to change things in the future. Currently, I’m using my wasted time as a blog article inspiration considering I was blank before it. I’ve barely been able to do my promotion for the upcoming anthology I’m a part of titled, A Guide to Claiming a Scaredy Cat (read about the anthology here and learn about some of the authors here, hereherehere, and here).

What does making the most of wasted time look like for you?
