Individual of the Week

This is a new series I’ve starting up for the blog. Every week, I’m going to highlight someone new. If oh are interested in being interviewed feel free to say so in the comments and I’ll be in touch! With that being said, let’s get to the good stuff!

Starting off, introduce yourself to us. Tell us your name, job, and two fun facts about yourself.

My name is Ryan Biddulph. I am the creator and owner of Blogging From Paradise. I have circled the globe for the past 7 years as a full time digital nomad and always seem to be attracting funny but hairy situations on the road.

What is your current goal that you are working towards?

I am an intent guy; I intend to help as many folks as possible become professional bloggers. Not too big on goals for myself because the more I focus on others the more fun I have and yep, the more success I happen to see too 🙂

What is one obstacle in your way of achieving above mentioned goal? And what is your plan in overcoming that obstacle?

Facing fear is the key in manifesting any intent. I do deep yin yoga, exercise daily and hop into an icy cold shower to improve my relationship with fear.

Why is your goal so important to you?

My intent is not too important to me or I’d be attached to it. Attachment is fear, and fear is illusion, so if you act from fear, you act in fantasy-dream-not there world… most human beings living in the hologram of fear.

I prefer to make having fun helping folks my prime intent, so I shifted from fear and its illusions to love and its truth a while back.

Who is your role model? Why?

No human, really. But I do spend a bunch of time in silence, to honor my intuition. That small, still voice knows what the mind cannot comprehend.

What is one cause/issue you think is important to bring awareness to and why?

World peace, because all fighting and warring and racism and distrust is fear-based, a total illusion, and I intend to show folks as I circle the globe and live in different nations how our similarities are to be appreciated, and our differences are not to be feared.

What is one thing you do to relax or relieve stress?

Deep yin yoga is fabulous for relaxing. I do 75 minutes of deep yin daily.

Do you have any guilty pleasures? If so, what are they?

I enjoy Netlfix and sweets from time to time. Nice combo.

Who are your favorite bloggers and what drew you into their blog?

Darren Rowse, Zac Johnson and Alonzo Pichardo are 3 of my faves. Darren publishes an in-depth blogging resource, Zac is a blogging pioneer and Alonzo taught me how to grow a large, loyal tribe through the power of being generous.
